Trust Administration

Most commonly trust administration is required due to the death of the person or persons who created the trust.  It is a process similar to probate administration in many ways, requiring that the successor trustee inventory assets and distribute them as directed by the trust.

At Averbeck, Hammer & Slavin, S.C., our attorneys and paralegals have decades of experience helping local clients with trust administration.  When faced with the complex requirements of properly administering a trust, we can provide the knowledge and guidance to see you through the process.
