Charles Averbeck, born in 1950, received his law degree from Marquette Law School in 1978 and then began private practice in Fond du Lac. Attorney Averbeck has been recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer by Milwaukee Magazine in years 2006-2014. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He is past President of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association and has been active in local governmental, civic and charitable organizations.
